Shima, a victim of a tragic road accident that resulted in the loss of her leg, found new hope in Mastulaid, a health crowdfunding program run by the MASTUL Foundation. This humanitarian organization not only provided her with a crucial artificial leg but also stood by her throughout her entire recovery journey.

The horrific incident occurred when Shima, returning home after class, was struck by a reckless bus that brutally damaged her left leg. Unable to bear the medical expenses, Shima's impoverished family found unwavering support from the Mastulaid.

After initial treatment and the provision of a wheelchair, Still, she was very frustrated, because she wanted to move, wanted to walk and get back to her normal life. After a certain period, an artificial leg was attached to her left leg and Mastulaid took the responsibility to bear the entire cost. 

The responsible doctor stated -” within a couple of days, this leg will properly adjust with her and she will enjoy almost a good mobility. “

Expressing her gratitude, Shima exclaimed-

 "I cannot believe that I am going to walk again! I am highly thankful to the Mastulaid for this unwavering compassion. The support I received from you since my tragic accident cannot be adequately expressed in words."

Beyond initial recovery, we offer wheelchairs or artificial legs to minimize mobility barriers. Additionally, we assist in starting small businesses to make them self-empowered instead of being a burden to others.
